At station 5 you can see one of the eighteen-pound guns lying flat on the seabed. This gun is probably the one which was originally sited at the empty gun port you saw at station 4. Here you can see just how large these guns are. They are 2.75m (9 ft) long and weigh 2 tonnes each.
The lower deck guns (thirtytwo-pound) were even larger.
